Orange Line Studio (“Orange Line Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates orangelinestudio.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the site or contact us, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. If you have questions, reach us at olsuxui@gmail.com.
When you submit one of our forms (for example, “Send a URL” or “Start a project”), we collect what you enter: a website URL, the message or description you write, your name, and your email address. We use this to read your request, reply with a fit assessment, and follow up about working together. We do not require an account, and we do not ask for payment information through the site.
When you visit, we collect standard analytics data through Google Analytics 4 (GA4):
GA4 uses your IP address to estimate your general location and then discards it. GA4 does not log or store your full IP address.
A cookie is a small text file a website stores on your device so it can recognize your browser on later visits. We use cookies for analytics. Specifically, Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (named _ga and _ga_<container>) to tell whether a series of visits comes from the same browser, so we can measure things like returning visitors and session counts.

We are based in the United States, and the providers above (including Google) process data in the United States. We keep form submissions for as long as needed to respond and for our records of the inquiry or engagement, then delete or archive them. GA4 analytics data is retained according to our configured retention period in Google Analytics, currently 14 months.

The site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
The site may link to third-party sites we do not control. This policy does not cover their practices. Review their privacy policies before sharing information with them.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be noted on this page.
