Privacy Policy

Effective date: January 01, 2026

Last updated: June 15, 2026

Orange Line Studio (“Orange Line Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates orangelinestudio.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the site or contact us, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. If you have questions, reach us at olsuxui@gmail.com.

Information you give us

When you submit one of our forms (for example, “Send a URL” or “Start a project”), we collect what you enter: a website URL, the message or description you write, your name, and your email address. We use this to read your request, reply with a fit assessment, and follow up about working together. We do not require an account, and we do not ask for payment information through the site.

Information collected automatically

When you visit, we collect standard analytics data through Google Analytics 4 (GA4):

  • Pages you view and the order you view them in
  • Approximate geographic location, derived from your IP address
  • Device and browser type, operating system, and screen size
  • How you arrived at the site (search engine, link, campaign)
  • On-page interactions such as scrolls and clicks

GA4 uses your IP address to estimate your general location and then discards it. GA4 does not log or store your full IP address.

Cookies and similar technologies

A cookie is a small text file a website stores on your device so it can recognize your browser on later visits. We use cookies for analytics. Specifically, Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (named _ga and _ga_<container>) to tell whether a series of visits comes from the same browser, so we can measure things like returning visitors and session counts.

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used and where to improve it. Google collects and processes this data on our behalf. You can read how Google handles information from sites that use its services here: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Our site is hosted by WP Engine and served through Cloudflare and NitroPack for security and caching. These providers may set strictly necessary cookies. Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent and are not used to track you across sites.

Your cookie choices

You can refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings. You can also opt out of Google Analytics across all sites by installing Google’s opt-out browser add-on: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your inquiry and provide the fit assessment or audit you requested
  • To communicate with you about a current or prospective engagement
  • To measure and improve site performance and content
  • To keep the site secure and operating correctly
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Legal bases for processing (EEA and UK visitors)

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your data under these legal bases:

  • Your form submissions: to take steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries.
  • Analytics cookies: your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
  • Security and legal compliance: our legitimate interests and our legal obligations.

Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the site and our business, and only as needed:

  • Google (Google Analytics), for site measurement
  • WP Engine, which hosts the site and stores form submissions
  • HubSpot, used to receive, track, and reply to your message
  • Legal and safety: authorities or advisors where required by law or to protect our rights

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

International data transfers

We are based in the United States, and the providers above (including Google) process data in the United States. If you contact us or browse from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data protection rules than your home country.

Data retention

We keep form submissions for as long as needed to respond and for our records of the inquiry or engagement, then delete or archive them. GA4 analytics data is retained according to our configured retention period in Google Analytics, currently 14 months.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request that we:

  • Confirm what personal information we hold about you and provide a copy
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Delete your information
  • Restrict or object to certain processing
  • Receive your information in a portable format
  • Withdraw consent you previously gave (for analytics cookies)

To exercise any of these, email olsuxui@gmail.com. We will respond within the time your law requires. EEA and UK residents also have the right to complain to their local data protection authority.

California residents: You have the right to know, delete, and correct the personal information we hold, and to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under California law. We honor browser-based opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control where applicable.

Children’s privacy

The site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Links to other sites

The site may link to third-party sites we do not control. This policy does not cover their practices. Review their privacy policies before sharing information with them.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be noted on this page.
